Alicepad is proprietary software owned by Lobadina Labs. Your license is personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable. Specific license terms are provided in the included LICENSE file and may vary for Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans. We may publish updates that change features or compatibility. You do not acquire any rights in the code, trademarks, or materials except as expressly permitted.
You may use Alicepad for personal or professional purposes according to your plan and applicable law. You are responsible for how you capture, process, store, and share content, for obtaining permissions, and for not submitting confidential or third-party material without a lawful basis. Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or interfere with security, and do not use the software in high-risk contexts. Configure your device privacy and security settings appropriately.
Alicepad is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. AI-generated results may be inaccurate or incomplete and must be reviewed before use. Content does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or safety advice. Masking and obfuscation features may not work with 100% of screen-sharing, recording, or streaming software, so you must test and verify that sensitive areas remain hidden before broadcasting.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lobadina Labs and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from the use of Alicepad. For direct and foreseeable losses, the total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of: (i) the amounts paid for Alicepad in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (ii) CHF 50. Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. If you are a consumer, your mandatory rights are not affected.
Cloud AI analysis sends the content you select to a third-party provider. AI may be unavailable or return inaccurate or incomplete results. Review generated results before using them. Features depend on the app version and your plan.
We may modify these terms and the software at any time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the modified terms.
